Your tasks with us
- Processing of tenders for facility management contracts
- Creating offers and calculations
- Direct communication with your customers and contract partners: sustainable maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
- Participation in concepts, presentations, sales and contract negotiations with new and existing customers
- Managing the project teams involved: project management - coordinating all processes including controlling
- Needs-based optimization of solutions for large and medium-sized customers
- Continuous analysis and optimization of our processes and procedures in terms of quality, safety, speed and customer satisfaction
- Networking at trade fairs, association events, etc.
You will strengthen our sales team at our location in Frankfurt am Main. From here, you will support customers and sales projects in Hesse (with a focus on the Frankfurt to Kassel region).
What convinces us
- Studies (bachelor's or master's) in the field of engineering, real estate, facility management, building services engineering or similar
- Alternatively: experience in the field of service sales
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to attend appointments with your customers on site
