  • Participation in training and further education in the field of operations
  • Participation in the organization, planning and implementation of service lessons
  • Independent execution of vehicle or route training
  • If necessary, participation in the examination committee
  • Support in the creation or updating of training materials
  • Support in coordinating and monitoring all processes in the operations of MRB
  • Conducting and documenting regular monitoring trips
  • PZB vehicle data evaluation
  • Participation in employee discussions
  • Support in managing electronic operational employee files
  • Organization, distribution, and documentation of all relevant regulations and instructions
  • Active participation in the implementation of the transport contract (e.g. through quality controls)

  • Very good knowledge in the field of railway operations and operations
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of vehicle technology
