WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Support in the national and international implementation of strategic and operational personnel and leadership development
  • Collaboration in the daily operations of the internal training center
  • Preparation, organization, and support of trainings and seminars
  • Creation of training materials and communication materials
  • Work with the IT tool for training management
  • Creation of reports

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a business, business psychology, social, or similar field
  • Basic knowledge of personnel development topics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Good analytical and communication skills, as well as enjoyment of working in a team
  • Organizational skills, creativity, and initiative in developing individual solutions
