The company Schill + Seilacher "Struktol" GmbH is a medium-sized company in the chemical industry located in San Antonito, NM. We produce chemical specialties that are successfully used all over the world. Our products are used in the rubber and plastics industry, as well as in the pharmaceutical and food industry, and many other industries.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Quality control of our raw materials and products according to specified testing instructions
  • Recording of test results in the LIMS system
  • Handling and recording of analysis results using the CRM system (Genesis)
  • Handling and recording of releases using the ERP system (Profid / SAP-S4 / HANA)
  • Collection of statistical data including method validation
  • Processing of shelf life samples including customer samples
  • Analysis of raw material and product complaints

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d)
  • Experience in laboratory work, preferably with practical analytical activities (quality control and instrumental analysis)
  • Experience in working with LIMS systems
  • Shift work
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Flexibility and teamwork
