Your Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the timely and costeffective execution of your construction sites
  • Taking care of our regular customers and acquiring new ones
  • Designing the work and installation plans and monitoring the tile installation in terms of quality and meeting deadlines
  • Being the point of contact on site for your team, customers, and suppliers
  • Leading and expanding your team

Your Qualifications:


  • Several years of leadership experience
  • You have a qualified professional degree as a tile layer, preferably with a degree from a master's or technician school
  • Several years of experience on construction sites and first leadership experience
  • Knowledge of time and material consumption values
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take responsibility
