Responsibilities

  • Growthoriented development of the North-East region for a sustainable and competitive alignment of the TOI TOI DIXI Group.
  • Overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the region with over 400 employees.
  • Development of new business areas and services.
  • Optimization and further development of internal structures, processes, and procedures.
  • Representation of the company internally and externally.
  • You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the group.
Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business or technology or have a relevant education/qualification.
  • You are an experienced leader and entrepreneurial personality and have ideally gained your extensive experience in an industrial service or service sector.
  • We are looking for individuals who have successfully managed a company, branch, or business unit and have contributed to strategic business development. We are also open to candidates who are looking to take the next step in their career.
  • You have a confident demeanor and negotiation skills, are a motivating personality with excellent communication skills, teambuilding competence, and empathy.
