Bus Driver in Elizabethville, PA


The transportation company of the RhönEnergie Group operates public transportation services in the city and district of Fulda, as well as in the city of Bad Hersfeld, the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg, and the Main-Kinzig district.


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will drive buses and transport passengers responsibly and reliably on our bus routes in the district of Fulda, the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg, or the northern part of the Main-Kinzig district.
  • You will provide our passengers with information about schedules and fares.
  • You will operate the onboard computer for ticket sales and to control the passenger information system.
  • You will take good care of the vehicles entrusted to you.

Your Profile:


  • Ideally, you have a Class D/DE driver's license we also support career changers with the training for this license (financially/organizationally).
  • You are dedicated, reliable, flexible, and able to handle stress.
  • You have a customeroriented approach and maintain a friendly demeanor with people.
  • You have a good command of the German language.

What We Offer:


  • An attractive and performancebased salary according to the LHO collective agreement, starting at
    17.40 €/hour, plus additional pay for overtime/night work (25%), Sunday work (50%), and work on public holidays (100%).
