Your responsibilities:
As a representative of our dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Providing outstanding service quality and customer satisfaction are key principles in your daily work.

As the initial contact person, you will not only ensure that our customers feel welcome in our dealership, but also support our service team with organizational and administrative tasks related to the customer.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • High level of motivation
  • Confident and positive demeanor
  • Strong social skills and friendly attitude
  • High quality standards
  • Ability to communicate, work in a team, and motivate others
  • Customeroriented thinking and acting
  • Several years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of both commercial and technical aspects
