Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and professional management of the Project Management & Business Analysis department
  • Leading, executing, and monitoring projects and project goals
  • Developing existing and new products
  • Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders and external service providers
  • Setting goals within the framework of OKR
  • Selecting and developing the right and efficient project management methods and tools
  • Developing, collecting, and reporting key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field
  • More than 3 years of experience in project management
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing employees
