"Our client, a telecommunications company, is seeking a Senior Installer to join their project in Frankfurt/Oberhausen (West Region), Germany.

Senior Installer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the installer team
  • Supervise the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cables, networks, and other equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate installation support and service operations
  • Report to the Manager
  • Attend regular meetings with the client to discuss required services and sites

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a team of installers in a cabling/fixed network environment (splicing experience is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with different departments
  • Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English (B2)
