In our billing department, we offer our clients, sales and distribution network operators, and end customers support in all billing-related matters and ensure timely and accurate billing for their product range.

For our "Network Billing" team, we are looking for a new colleague as soon as possible as a


Network Billing Clerk

Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting timely and accurate billing processes
  • Timely and complete recording of relevant billing master data and contract data in accordance with EEG regulations
  • Billing monitoring, followup on incomplete or disputed processes and device changes, and conducting corrections
  • Scheduling and initiating systembased billing and invoicing runs
  • Customer communication within relevant processing processes
  • Optimization of ongoing processes (process and IT development)

Your profile:


  • You have a commercial education (industrial clerk or equivalent) or acquired knowledge through other means
  • Ideally, you have taskrelated knowledge of the energy industry, which you have successfully applied in your professional practice
