Your responsibilities:

Results-oriented management of a branch through active control of all business processes
Acquisition and expansion of new customer connections, including field sales in the local area
Achievement of company goals through the use of key figures
Leadership, motivation, and development of the team


We expect:

In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry with a focus on tires
Professional experience in sales
Commercial and/or technical education
Training as a master mechanic or mechanic or commercial knowledge is an advantage
Empathetic communication skills and a strong focus on finding solutions and implementing them
Commitment and dedication, as well as a proactive approach, flexibility, and a strong customer orientation, drive for success, and perseverance
