YOUR TASKS

  • Taking over all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including, for example, creating employment contracts
  • Issuing employment references
  • Written correspondence
  • Acting as an operational interface for HR business partners
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for authorities, social security agencies, and auditors regarding HR matters
  • Preparation of monthly salary statements for the external service provider
  • Taking on and carrying out special projects, for example, as part of process optimizations
