Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for inbound telephone contracts in a modern call center in Bremen - starting immediately and as a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:


  • Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Processing and problemsolving of all customer concerns, such as SIM card activation or order acceptance for smartphones, hardware, etc.
  • Providing information on billing inquiries, products, prices, or tariffs, including active marketing of upgrades and additional options
  • Operation of all functions of customerspecific IT systems

Your qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for inbound telephone contracts is desirable
  • Knowledge in the field of mobile communications is desirable
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Service orientation and quality awareness
  • Good PC skills
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
