Team Leader (m/f/d) for Project Outside of Regular Care in Okeechobee, FL

Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administrative/organizational (as opposed to medical) part of the examinations
- Quality assurance (smooth execution of assignments, competence and professionalism of administrative staff)
- Design, organization and implementation of trainings, assessment of new admins
- Point of contact for all administrative staff
- Responsible for interfaces with external service partners, especially radiology practice, logistics and procurement
- Interface to deployment management, personnel and event disposition, management and HR
- Completion of administrative tasks (recording, processing and managing patient data)
- Planning and coordination of appointments
- Care for patients before and after treatment
- Maintenance of practice rooms in compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
Profile & Skills
- Responsible and structured work style with an affinity for problem solving
- Experience in leading employees
- Strong communication skills
- Warmth and empathy are a given for you
- Precise work style as well as reliability and punctuality quality is very important to us
- German language skills (at least C1)
- One or two foreign languages are a plus
- Participation in a project outside of regular care with high social and medical relevance
