- Conduct regular project check-ins and manage timelines effectively.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external show teams.
- Develop expertise in assigned portfolios and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of digitally enabled events.
- Collect event requirements, create project plans, and recommend suitable platforms.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Lead production and implementation of project plans for Digital Enabled Live Events.
- Identify and resolve potential issues to minimize risks.
- Facilitate communication between event teams for timely execution and budget adherence.
- Support budget management for digital and smart tech needs.
- Provide platform management and feedback as necessary.
- Prepare event reports, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements.
- Promote operational best practices within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and monitor supplier performance.
- Travel domestically 6-8 times per year
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication aptitude
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
