    We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the fast-paced world of Event Technology Operations. Join our dynamic team where learning and achieving results go hand in hand. We're seeking a Mid-Level Associate with a strong desire to learn and grow, equipped with solid abilities and a drive to make a meaningful impact.

    At Informa Markets, we're revolutionizing the landscape of Digital Enabled Live Events, and as a Junior Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting journey. With 1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator preferred, you'll play a significant role within our Event Technology Operations team and commercial families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule frequent project check-ins, create and manage timelines & GTM calendars.
    • Serve as a critical point of contact for show teams, both internally and externally.
    • Become an industry expert for your assigned portfolios, continuously learning and staying ahead of trends.
    • Collaborate with core groups within the event tech operations team to exceed stakeholder expectations.
    • Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of digitally enabled events, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Gather event team requirements, build project plans, and advocate for the best-suited platforms.
    • Share technical skills, knowledge, and best practices with team members.
    • Manage production, communication, and implementation of individual project plans for Digital Enabled Live Events, with customer experience front of mind
    • Identify potential issues and proactively find resolutions to mitigate risks.
    • Facilitate communication between all teams involved in allocated events, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
    • Support the Show/Brand team in budget creation and management for digital and smart tech needs.
    • Provide platform management and feedback as required.
    • Compile event reports, conduct KPI analysis, and recommend iterative improvements.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational best practices.
    • Adhere to all company compliance requirements and monitor supplier performance.
    • Travel 6-8 times per year

    Qualifications
    • Associates / or equivalent certification – or comparable experience
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

    The salary range for this position is $53,000-$65,000/YR, depending on experience
