Responsibilities:

You are responsible for conducting payroll processing in compliance with all legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations.
You will lead three teams with a total of 40 employees and promote their futureoriented development.
You will provide expert advice to our internal customers (employees and managers from various thyssenkrupp companies) on all payroll and systemrelated matters, as well as time tracking and pension plans.
You will actively work on the digitalization and automation of processes related to payroll processing and ensure continuous development of your area of responsibility.

Profile:

You have a successfully completed university degree or a comparable education.
You have several years of professional and managerial experience in payroll processing within a shared service center.
You have excellent knowledge of income tax and social security law and experience in applying collective bargaining agreements and company agreements.
You are proficient in SAP, databases, and MS Office.
