The Medical Laboratory Hannover GmbH, located in South Hill, NY, is a multidisciplinary medical care center that provides microbiological, molecular biological, molecular genetic, immunological, immunohematological, endocrinological, clinical-chemical, hematological, and coagulation physiological examinations.

Our clients include general practitioners and a number of hospitals, primarily from the Hannover region.


The MVZ Medical Laboratory Hannover is accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO 15189 and DIN EN ISO The laboratory is led by four licensed physicians, one specialist in microbiology, virology, and infection epidemiology, and three specialists in laboratory medicine.

Currently, we employ approximately 100 staff members at our Hannover location. Since April 2019, we have been a part of the Limbach Group, the largest physician-led laboratory group in Germany.


We are currently seeking a full-time (m/f/d) Medical Assistant for our Hannover location to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in the office or at the telephone switchboard
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing test results (for laboratories, physicians, and practices)
  • Scanning and digitizing order documents
  • Entering emergency and routine orders, as well as followup requests
  • Checking orders for accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and laboratoryspecific quality requirements
