What you will do as a credit clerk (m/f/d) in commercial real estate financing:

  • You will support our customer advisors and managers throughout the credit process for our sustainable construction projects in the areas of affordable housing and social construction
  • In collaboration with your team, you will prepare financing proposals and create credit agreements
  • You also enjoy working on credit protocols
  • You reliably and independently conduct creditworthiness analyses within the 18 process
  • You always keep an overview when managing collateral

What you bring with you:


  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), ideally with additional qualifications, or a university degree in the field of economics
  • Professional experience in the field of real estate financing is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and commitment to supporting colleagues
