We are moysies & partners, a young and dynamic IT and management consulting firm specializing in government, healthcare, and association sectors in the German-speaking region.

In the field of digital administration, we focus on supporting the digitization of administrative processes for federal, state, and local governments.

This includes planning and implementing the Online Access Act, introducing citizen accounts, and evaluating and implementing e-government laws.

We assist our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from strategy development to implementation, and take on various project management tasks.

For our locations in Berlin or Hamburg, we are looking for an enthusiastic Young Professional (m/f/d) who enjoys accompanying, shaping, and developing change and digitization projects in the public sector.

Responsibilities:

Use your energy to strategically and organizationally support projects in administration and politics.
Contribute to the analysis and optimization of our clients' process landscape.
Accompany the professional conception of solutions for strategic and operational challenges of our clients.
Independently research, prepare, and document projectspecific questions.
Contribute to the thematic development of our services in the public sector.

Qualifications:

You have:

Successfully completed studies in political science, public management, or a comparable education.
One to two years of professional experience in a consulting environment or as a recent graduate with relevant practical experience, e.g. as a student assistant (m/f/d).
