The Catholic Church Foundation St. Elisabeth in Straubing is seeking qualified educators and childcare workers for the St. Elisabeth daycare center starting on February 1st, 2023 and March 1st, 2023 or later.

This is a full-time or part-time position (minimum 25.0 hours/week) with no fixed end date.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing educational activities and projects
  • Conducting regular parent meetings/developmental discussions
  • Educating and nurturing children in our facility
  • Working on projects with the children
  • Our kindergarten offers plenty of room for development for you and the children. With your calm and confident personality, you give the children a strong sense of selfworth and build trust with the parents.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as a childcare worker or educator
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Processoriented thinking and acting
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Willingness to work
  • Enjoyment in working with children and their parents
  • Positive attitude towards the principles of the Catholic faith
