Responsibilities

  • As part of an onthejob training, you will work intensively and actively in all departments, gaining a detailed understanding of work processes and procedures that you will later be able to manage, analyze, and optimize as a leader
  • You will share your ideas with colleagues and take on responsibility in initial logistics projects
  • You will regularly deal with logistics KPIs and develop them further together with your colleagues
  • You will use the training period to prepare yourself personally and professionally for your future leadership role. We support you with clear feedback and further training measures
  • With the assumption of your area of responsibility, you will continuously improve the processes of your department to sustainably increase productivity and quality and provide your team with a motivating work environment
Qualifications

  • You have a completed degree, preferably with a focus on business administration/logistics
  • You always think in solutions, are courageous, and act independently
  • You are a communicative, open, and positive personality
  • With your quick comprehension, you work effectively and reliably
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • A high willingness to travel within Germany and flexibility are a matter of course for you
