We are looking for you to join our team immediately at our location in Mönchengladbach as a
Customer Service Representative **Service Center (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities

  • With your pleasant and open manner, you represent BKK VBU in telephone and personal consultations and find common solutions for customers (m/f/d) and partners.
  • You support and advise our customers (m/f/d) on benefits and insurance topics and process general benefits (e.g. travel costs, exemption from copayments, childcare sick pay, maternity benefits, and additional offers) to completion.
  • You inspire our customers (m/f/d) with our service
