We are currently seeking a
Service Advisor (M/F/D) for our location in Offenburg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Advising on all maintenance and service matters and ensuring smooth and timely execution of all service orders
  • Information and consultation meetings
  • Calculation and cost estimation
  • Coordination of repairs to be carried out

Our requirements:


  • Successfully completed technical or commercial training with experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience as a service advisor in customer contact is desirable
  • Confident handling of servicespecific tools
  • Technical product and model knowledge is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills, negotiation skills, and excellent manners
  • Strong customer orientation, high team spirit, and flexibility
  • Friendly and customeroriented demeanor
