The EU has implemented new regulations for electronic identification and trust services for all electronic transactions, making it mandatory for all citizens to have Digital Wallets by September 2023.

We are the first company to develop an API platform using Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) protocols for Digital Identity Management. Our solutions include corporate and transactional identity management, corporate governance, KYC, KYB, AML, GDPR, and other frameworks. We address regtech, compliance, and cybersecurity challenges through decentralized identity technologies, providing online trust and security.


Job Description:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Providing secondline support via Zendesk for a group of companies (approximately ten companies with their infrastructure and over 50 domains)
  • Solving business and technical tasks by working on hardware/software requirements, deployment, testing, and upgrades
  • Troubleshooting system functional and operational issues
  • Maintaining and optimizing infrastructure needs
  • Supporting JML procedure for all companies in the group
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Staying updated on best practices in your work


We are looking for someone who is not afraid of challenges and is always willing to read documentation for new systems and conduct tests.
