As a development engineer in functional safety, you will ensure that modern and future-oriented automotive solutions are not only innovative and comfortable, but also safe


This essentially includes:

  • Supporting and advising development departments in creating safety concepts
  • Moderating workshops to implement various analyses for increasing system safety
  • Documenting and providing evidence of development results
  • Contributing to the further development of internal development processes and adapting them to futureoriented technologies
  • Project work in a dynamic and diverse customer environment with varied areas of focus

What you bring with you:

  • Completed university degree in a technical field, ideally with a focus on electric/electronic, information technology, or systems engineering
  • Experience in E/E system development and interest in modern, innovative system solutions in automotive development
  • Experience in applying ISO 26262 is required
  • Overall understanding of system mechanisms and safety criticality
