Description

We are looking for an Export Coordinator for a market leader in healthcare logistics in Bowerston.

You will play a crucial role in promoting operational excellence and increasing the quality of customer service with existing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing shipments and ensuring high service quality in the midst of an exciting expansion phase.

Main tasks:

Manage shipments from start to finish to meet customer needs.

Design cost-effective, scalable solutions for the supply chain.

Coordinate with suppliers for shipments, customs, and deliveries.

Monitor and promptly resolve shipment issues.

Manage documentation for the chain of evidence.

Assist with bids and responses to tenders.

Build internal relationships for excellent service.

Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in time-critical freight industry.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Strong customer service skills.

Fluent in German at C1 level.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective problem-solving skills and commitment to finding solutions.
