We deal with the questions of tomorrow - for the needs-based protection of our more than 12 million customers - at our headquarters in Upper Franconia, Coburg, as well as at our 38 branches in both the internal and external sales departments.

What you can look forward to:

Support of our sales team in administrative tasks such as system entries and completeness checks Implementation of advertising measures and budget management Creation of statistics and file management Support in the recruitment of insurance agents / customer service offices Preparation and follow-up of trainings Mail processing and collection service including small errands and various administrative tasks What you bring: Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time Strong customer orientation Team and cooperation readiness Willingness to take responsibility and good communication skills What we offer: Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you adapt your working hours to your personal circumstances.
