Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of assigned industrial clients
  • Crosssector contract and claims handling for industrial companies
  • Creation of coverage concepts, tasks and confirmations
  • Premium distribution, booking and collection
  • Maintenance of premium and claims statistics
  • Preparation, participation and followup of annual meetings with clients and insurers
  • Correspondence with global cooperation brokers
  • Design of international insurance programs
  • Maintenance of contract overviews, vehicle lists, etc.
  • Paperless processing in the AMS inventory management program

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with additional training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or similar
  • Experience in the field of industrial or commercial insurance
  • Enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
