Job Description:


As per the SOX regulations applicable to the company, all fixed assets must be accurately recorded in the inventory lists and regularly audited.

In addition, all ongoing investments (new assets) must be reviewed monthly or quarterly according to the corresponding SOX regulations.


To ensure budget compliance for investment projects, a monthly cost control must be conducted and documented with the responsible project managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Fixed Asset Coordinator for locations in Germany, Wuppertal, Landshut, Erzhausen, Cologne, and logistics sites
  • Prepare and save the asset list from PI for locations in Germany on the TI server
  • Process the OCB-SOX data file from PI every 3 months and send it to PI
  • Request and archive the monthly SOX FA01, FA02, FA08 confirmations from SAP and nonSAP companies in EMEA and document them on Sharepoint
  • Coordinate the annual SOX FA09 Fixed Asset Verification for all Axalta companies in EMEA
  • Report directly to the Regional Engineering Manager (REM) of the EMEA region on the results of the SOX audits.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or commercial training + further education in accounting and tax law
  • Experience in asset accounting
  • Good knowledge of office software
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Good English communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask
