Head of Business Development - Tamaroa, IL

Your Role:


As the Head of Business Development, you will lead all international projects related to business development and evaluate new ideas within the company, such as new business segments or sales processes.

You will work closely with various departments including markets, finance, IT, categories, supply chain, and marketing to ensure successful implementation of new concepts.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Develop concept papers for potential business opportunities and translate them into projects and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather market, sales, and consumer insights in our core categories and adjacent industries.
  • Conduct research and interviews to validate assumptions and identify best practices.
  • Utilize excellent project management skills to align business opportunities with Montblanc's management and successfully deliver them to the markets.

Your Qualifications:


  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in visualization and analysis software programs such as MS Office Powerpoint, Excel, and Thinkcell.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Diplomatic, proactive, and dynamic
