Service Advisor (m/f/d) in Lumber Bridge, NC
Job Description:
- Point of contact for our customers in the reception area
- Diagnosing malfunctions in motor vehicles
- Creating cost estimates
- Coordinating appointments with the workshop and the customer
- Processing warranty and goodwill claims
- Collaboration with car insurance companies
- Advising customers on the purchase of accessories and additional equipment
Requirements:
- Vocational training as a car mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and providing excellent service
