Join ROADS Community Clinic - Compton's vibrant health care team as a CLINIC AIDE / SECURITY MONITOR and make a meaningful difference to our community's most vulnerable members. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

The Clinic Aide/Security Monitor will greet and direct patients and visitors, monitor the safety and wellbeing of the Clinic, and assist with de-escalation and removal of visitors when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
Experience in a medical office preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the parking lot.
Courteously greet and interact with patients and visitors.
Monitor the safety and wellbeing of Clinic visitors, staff, and the security of Clinic grounds.
Assist with deescalating and redirecting visitors as appropriate.
Display a calm, positive, and professional demeanor at all times.
