Your Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for complaints from our customers, both directly and indirectly (through departments)
- Handling customer correspondence (letters & emails)
- Conducting incoming and outgoing calls with customers
- Targeted problemsolving and ensuring a positive relationship with customers
Your Profile:
- Completed banking apprenticeship, preferably with investment experience
- Experience in complaint handling
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and knowledge of modern communication channels (social media)
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Excellent knowledge of banking products
