Who we are

We, the Backoffice team, ensure that approximately 12,000 Vonovia employees are well taken care of and are the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding processes, regulations, and collective agreements. We ensure, for example, that new colleagues receive their employment contracts and that the works council is consulted. In addition, we provide strong support and advice to HR business partners. We work closely with our colleagues in payroll and company pension schemes, who are also part of the HR Services
