Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) for Operations Claims at our locations in Bremen, Hamburg, Cologne, Hanover or Frankfurt, starting immediately.

What can you expect?


In the role of Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) for Operations Claims, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent claims handling.


Your tasks will include:

  • Operational claims handling from initial notification to settlement
  • Analysis of claims profitability
  • Preparation of possible solutions to reduce claims numbers through loss prevention measures
  • Risk and claims assessment as well as customer advice on technical matters and claims handling
  • Administrative support for major claims
  • Creation of claims and claims review and processing
  • Provision of optimal customer data for efficiency calculation and customer profitability
  • Monitoring and evaluation of claims ratios and claims controlling
  • Cooperation with project and specialist committees

What do you bring with you?

  • Successfully completed training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk
  • Professional experience in claims handling and knowledge of the insurance market
  • Good knowledge of insurance lines (especially property/cas
