Your tasks:

Accompanying a specific child in their school and daycare routine
Individual and needsbased support and promotion
Recording the child's learning progress and reporting to parents
Consultation with our coordinators

Your profile:

Passion for working with children
Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
Warmth and a reliable and trustworthy work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively in German
Previous experience as a kindergarten/KITA teacher, babysitter, inclusion assistant, or integration support is an advantage, but not required
Career changers or employees without formal training are also welcome
