Working Student (m/f/d) for Market Analysis and Portfolio Controlling in the
Real Estate Valuation Department, at our locations in
Bochum or
Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You support in the procurement, provision, and analysis of market data in the housing industry
As a fullfledged team member, you are responsible for creating location analyses and analyzing emerging market trends
You also support in general portfolio controlling topics
