Your responsibilities at a glance_

  • As the interface between guests and service providers, you will ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled
  • You are the face of our client You will take care of the registration and checkout of visitors and guests.
  • You will also handle the coordination of external requests and organizational tasks.

What do you bring to the table?_

  • We would prefer if you have some previous experience at the reception or in the hotel industry.
  • We require excellent German skills and good English skills.
  • Enjoying contact with people and professionalism in dealing with customers and guests are essential
  • Knowledge of Opera-Fidel
