We are currently looking for a Marketing / Employer Branding Specialist to join our marketing department at our headquarters in Berlin or to work remotely from home.

Your responsibilities

You will be part of the marketing team and will be primarily responsible for developing the employer brand of ENERTRAG SE
You will oversee the implementation of the employer branding strategy at the interface between marketing and HR
You will manage external service providers both operationally and strategically
You will support corporate publishing activities related to green hydrogen, sector coupling, and renewable energies
You will create annual and capacity planning, as well as marketing needs analysis

What we expect from you

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, communication sciences, or a comparable education
You have several years of professional experience in employer branding, brand management, and B2B marketing communication
You have extensive knowledge in advising internal stakeholders, independent project management, and reporting
