- Assist in creating engaging content for various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
- Support in managing and scheduling social media posts, monitoring social media channels for engagement, and contributing to social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct research on industry trends, communications strategies, and relevant topics to support content development and communication planning.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, drafting press materials, and coordinating media outreach efforts.
- Provide support in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination, promotional material preparation, and on-site assistance as needed.
- Aid in the development and distribution of internal communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Assist in tracking communication metrics across various channels, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for organizations or personal projects (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with communication tools such as Canva (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas to the team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
