Job Description:
Since 2000, Crum & Forster's Accident & Health division (A&H) has offered a diverse portfolio of specialty insurance and reinsurance products nationwide.
We place a strong focus on product development and creative distribution methods, along with excellent client service and support.
In addition to our robust domestic portfolio, which spans both special risk and medical solutions, A&H works on an international basis through various partnerships.

What you will do for C&F:
- Sort and log all incoming and inter-company Claims Department receivables on a daily basis
- Maintain the A&H Claims mailbox, including logging all referrals into the Image Right System and Access database
- Manage routine claim status inquiries from any partners in a courteous and timely manner
- Perform Program Claim referral analysis to identify gaps in requirements and outreach to partners as appropriate
- Organize Program File receivables to include support identification and categorization
- Support the preparation, analysis and communication of MBU and SBU claims reporting
- Be a claim liaison within various ongoing internal and oversight audits
- Use appropriate desk management skills to manage workflow
- Anticipate and identify problems, to recommend ways to improve team efficiency and overall customer satisfaction
- Keep management informed verbally and in writing of activities and problems within assigned areas of responsibility and refers matters beyond limits of authority to manager for direction
- Performs other related duties as required or requested
What you will bring to C&F:
- Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal means to ensure all transactions are completely accurate
- Ability to pay careful attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all work
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the success of the company
- Establish effective organization and prioritization skills to maximize productivity
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Some administrative assistance experience preferred
- A&H insurance experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong PC skills including Excel and Word
- Access database experience preferred
