- Carry out virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders' homes to assess property damage
- Utilize claims handling software, a company vehicle, and a laptop to evaluate claims-related damage and prepare estimates in a digital format
- Represent the company from a public relations perspective and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Utilize strong customer service skills to negotiate with policyholders and settle claims
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- A desire to learn about insurance policies and property damage in-depth to ascertain how coverage applies to specific losses
- An outgoing personality that enjoys interacting with various individuals, including policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, and fraud investigators
- A valid driver's license. Final candidates will undergo a Motor Vehicle Record background check as the role may involve the use of a company vehicle
