    Salary Range:

    The Senior Email Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing advanced email marketing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and deliver growth.

    This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills to craft compelling email campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across various lines of services.

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leveraging email as a powerful marketing tool, deep knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.


    Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to meet and exceed business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

    Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of email campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis, including template design, call-to-action, and content creation.

    Develop and refine segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized email content, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
    Set up and optimize email automation workflows to nurture leads and maximize customer lifecycle value efficiently.
    Manage and lead from concept to execution all email campaigns via our Salesforce/Marketing Force platform
    Utilize analytics to monitor and evaluate email campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    Oversee subscriber database integrity, implement growth strategies, and ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices.

    Conduct regular A/B tests to trial new ideas and improve the performance of email campaigns in terms of open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

    Work closely with other departments, in addition to partner teams like content, and design, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

    Stay abreast of the latest email marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new ideas and techniques to enhance the email marketing program.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
    Education and Experience


    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven record of developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns.

    Extensive experience with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce (preferred), HubSpot).
    Strong understanding of customer segmentation, database management, and email technologies.
    Proficient in analytics and email marketing metrics, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

    Preferred:
    Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is preferred.
    Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards affecting marketing and communications.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Experience in the Healthcare Industry is a plus.
    A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
