You will support our employment promotion team at the Kuba Education Campus in coaching participants with Ukrainian migration backgrounds
You will translate counseling sessions and, together with our team, provide new life and career perspectives
You will build a trusting relationship with the participants and accompany them in the short or long term through weekly individual coaching sessions and counseling sessions
To facilitate the participants' path to the labor market, you will work with the employment promotion
