Our client, an internationally operating trading company, has established an excellent reputation as a reliable business partner in the agribusiness and other industries.

With subsidiaries in many countries, direct contact with suppliers and customers is ensured and maintained. As part of succession planning, we are filling the position of Commercial Manager with leadership responsibility.

What you can expect:

You will be responsible for global sales and profits of a commodity group
You will lead the trading and manage other traders both disciplinarily and professionally
You will work with management to define the trading strategy
You will explore new areas of application for the product portfolio
You will negotiate prices, quantities, and contracts with suppliers

What you bring:

6+ years of experience in international trade, preferably in agricultural commodities
Enthusiastic and dedicated doer
Leadership experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to assert oneself as a team player
Willingness to travel internationally
Proven proficiency in German and English at C1 level
Willingness to relocate
