Your Responsibilities:

Competent consultation of our customers and sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles
Support of the sales field service in implementing customer requirements
Spare parts identification through electronic media
Complete order processing including tracking of deadlines
Preparation and followup of offers
Processing of complaints
Close coordination with the sales field service and coordination with relevant interfaces

Your Profile:

Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or a comparable technical education
Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups
Basic commercial knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
High service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
