The headquarters of the organization, which also serves as the workplace for around 80 employees, is located in Radebeul.

The board thus represents one of the largest non-profit employers in the state of Saxony on behalf of its member organizations.

Diakonie Sachsen is active in the fields of child and youth welfare, care and healthcare, integration assistance, migration, and a variety of social counseling services.
