Join our team at one of our specialty stores as a Hearing Aid Technician (m/f/d) in the Bodensee region, specifically in Friedrichshafen, Lindau Bodensee, Radolfzell, Überlingen, and Wangen.


Your responsibilities:


  • Our customers are your top priority, and you will conduct hearing tests and offer individual solutions in serviceoriented sales and consultation conversations
  • You will implement our sales routines excellently and ensure an exceptional customer experience with optimal processes in the store
  • You will continuously support our customers in caring for their hearing aids, advise them on accessory items, and build longterm customer relationships
  • You will use our existing customer data to make phone calls and organize local marketing activities (e.g. market days and health fairs)
  • As a data juggler, you work carefully and keep all customer information up to date
  • As part of store organization, you will assist with scheduling, maintain the calendar, and manage orders and inventory
  • You will take on the professional leadership of the store and be the point of contact for technicians and apprentices

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Aid Master Technician (m/f/d)
  • You always act with a customeroriented mindset and enjoy consultation and sales
  • You have strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving success together
  • You are organized and bring a high level of flexibility
